C2 srl, for over 40 years in the rubber machinery industry, has been offering, on an international scenario, high quality services in the field of overhaul and modification of used rubber machinery, modified on Customer requirements, with EC certification (covering the latest European Community guidelines) and with warranty.
In the field of design and fabrication of new construction machines, C2 offers Made in Italy dedicated machinery, even for laboratory, in line with the most challenging Manufacturing 4.0 methodologies, with EC certification and 24-months warranty.
Machines are fully overhauled, at each single component level, most of mechanical components are refurbished; most of electrical and electronic components are new; safety provisions are designed and added, in order to adequate overhauled machinery to the most recent European Conformity guidelines.
C2 offers also “in-stock” used machinery, ready to order for shipment. Feel free to contact us for any clarifications.

Machines are delivered with technical documentation, supporting operations, planned maintenance and extra-ordinary inspections. Furthermore, C2 can offer, with its personnel on-site at Customer’s premises, assistance to support repair and maintenance tasks, even after the first installation and machinery start-up. Our company
Here in C2 we have been operating in the field of used rubber machinery for over 40 years, with a stock covering over 5500 sqm and periodically updated, which includes more than 300 machinery structures available on-site, like two-roll mills, internal mixers, presses, extruders, calenders, cutting machines and cooling lines machinery of different sizes (for small and large productions), to satisfy the most varied types of our Customer needs in the rubber processing.
In the last 5 years, facing the growing demand of high-performance and high-innovation machinery, we have introduced a dedicated engineering design department and the serial production of new-construction machines, integrated with the most recent 4.0 industrial methodologies, adequate to perform in operational environments like clean rooms, laboratories or for small productions, for traditional compounds and high-quality special rubbers.

Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled and accurate inspections of the machines, in order to verify their state of wear. It is possible to agree on the implementation of machine monitoring systems with the "Manufacturing 4.0" methodology, dedicated to facilitating maintenance and the prevention of faults and breakings of the machinery.
Ordinary Maintenance
Activities that must be carried out in order to ensure the good condition and correct functioning of the machines.
Extraordinary Maintenance
We are at the Customer's support, to help him repair breakages or investigate anomalies that may occur suddenly.
